How we work with you

Everything is written down: deliverables, assumptions, who does UAT, and what happens after handoff. No retainers that exist to exist.

Readiness & opportunity assessment

A structured pass over your workflows, data, and constraints. We separate “high confidence” automation from science projects. Common outputs: a ranked list of pilots, rough effort bands, and a one-page risk note (privacy, vendor lock-in, model drift).

Example angles: appointment leakage in a clinic; lease abstraction backlog for a PM shop; call volume vs. staffing in a restaurant group.

  • Stakeholder interviews + systems map (who owns what)
  • Data access reality: APIs, exports, or “PDF hell”
  • Written recommendations with a suggested first pilot

Implementation

We build integrations, internal tools, and guarded customer-facing flows. Tests, logging, and a handoff doc are part of the definition of done, not extras.

Example angles: sync scheduling with reminders; triage maintenance requests into your CMMS; structured intake from phone or web into CRM.

  • Integrations with common stacks (Google/Microsoft, HubSpot, Slack, etc.)
  • Human-in-the-loop where stakes are high (clinical, money movement)
  • Runbooks so your team or a future vendor can operate what we ship

Ongoing advisory

For leadership that wants a steady second opinion: vendor review, prompt and policy updates, light roadmap checks. Billed in small blocks so you’re not funding idle time.

  • Quarterly or monthly checkpoints (your choice)
  • Evaluation hooks (quality, cost, regressions) when you’re running models in prod
  • Help interpreting new tools without chasing every product launch
